Meet Your Match
Link Foursquare to real life with Gatsby
Bridge the gap between anonymous location-based check-ins and in-person networking with Gatsby.

This new digital service makes foursquare more social (and more fun), turning check-ins into check-somebody-out.

With just one click, Gatsby links to your existing foursquare account, collecting and cataloging your interests (i.e. accounting, the Lakers, Vampire Weekend). Once you check in at your usual haunts, the service notifies you if there's anyone nearby who also enjoys both "Cousins" and crunching numbers as much as you do.

If the match seems like a fit, text Gatsby — personified as a pristine butler — and he'll politely (and anonymously) relay messages between you and your prospective buddy/romantic interest for an hour. If the chat goes well, you can agree to find each other in person.

And despite his stuffy, tuxedo-clad posturing, Gatsby is totally free. Find The Rundown on foursquare here, and hopefully soon, in person, with Gatsby.

(Hint: we like email newsletters).
